Such information includes, for instance, investment, loan or banking activity, balances or account numbers, legal agreements and documents, and other information we gather in the course of providing services to you.

Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency, such as your credit history and outstanding loan balances.

We do not share any personal information about you with anyone without your express consent, except as permitted by law and as described below.

Should you become an inactive client or should our relationship end, we will continue to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy, and will destroy all documentation containing proprietary client information.


What If I Want Gerbel & Company, P.C. to Release My Information?

Federal Law now requires us to obtain your written consent before releasing your tax return information to a third party. We also require a similar consent before releasing financial information to a third party. During the course of time, should an occasion arise in which you require us to release tax return or financial information directly to a third party, it will be necessary for you to complete and sign a consent form.
